Nowhere is this more important than with regards to the handling of exchange or faulty merchandise.We guarantee peace of mind when shopping with us as you may return any product purchased at SexInTheShower.com.au for an exchange within 30 days if the product is faulty or suffers any manufacturing defects.

Returns:
If your are returning a faulty Sex In The Shower Product, please include:

• Customer Id/Name, Copy of the Invoice, which must be within the six-month warranty time frame
• Please package your Sex In The Shower product in a plastic bag and tape the proof of purchase to the outside of the bag.
• Include your full name, home address, phone number and email address – products cannot be shipped to our PO Box address if shipped via courier.

Please mail the defective Sex In The Shower Product to Po. Box 403, Caboolture, Queensland, 4510

Costs associated with the return of a defective product are the responsibility of the consumer. There will be no charge for shipping a replacement unit back to the consumer.

Order as much as you like and pay only $10 Flat Rate shipping Australia Wide! – Once you place your order with us, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders, will be dispatched typically the same day or within 1 to 5 working days of receipt of payment. We use only plain packaging and make sure your address is clearly labled and only our return Po Box address is present. Regular shipping orders shipped to you via the fastest method possible, see table below.. Tracking numbers are supplied to you upon dispatch so you can quicly and easily track the progress of your delivery.

Express Delivery & Delivery Areas

Sex In The Shower Products are shipped fast, either by Express Post (up to 3 kgs in a single transaction) or Fastway Courier Satcels.. Don’t worry if orders are over 3kg as we still get it to you at the Fastest possible way via Registered Aust Post or Fastway Couriers at a flat rate of only $10 Australia Wide.

To guarantee you receive your parcel as quickly as possible, SexInTheShower.com.au prefers the following Express Delivery Options. Most orders are shipped Mon – Fri.

Please be aware Parcels dispatched via Fastways require a Signature on delivery. Parcels will not be left at unattended premises. Should premises be unattended, Fastways Couriers leave a notice of attempt to delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up delivery times.
